The copolymers are in the form of dilute, pumpable, homogeneous, aqueous solutions and comprise a crosslinked synthetic copolymerizate with intramolecular and intermolecular crosslinking in a non-gelled state and a molecular size/shape corresponding to a K-value of 220-450.
