Abstract: This invention is related to the use of a volatile antimicrobial compound against pathogens. The volatile antimicrobial compounds provided include certain oxaborole compounds, for example benzoxaboroles. Delivery systems are provided to take advantage of the volatile nature of these antimicrobial compounds. The method and use disclosed can be combined with other volatile compounds.

Abstract: Disclosed is bolt carrier for a firearm wherein the bolt carrier has an adjustable gas flow feature to control the amount of gas used to cycle a bolt carrier group that the bolt carrier is located in. The adjustment of the gas flow can be used to regulate the gas flow as require by changes in ammunition, addition or removal of a sound suppressor, and a desire to alter felt recoil of the firearm. The gas flow feature includes one or more gas adjustment valves that fit into the bolt carrier and that can be used to reliably and rapidly alter the gas flow in a repeatable fashion to cycle the bolt carrier group.

Abstract: An improved bolt carrier for a gas operated automatic or semi-automatic firearm of the AR15 or M16 type having a substantial increase in the number and area of lands in the forward end of the bolt carrier. This results in increased accuracy of the firearm and makes the action smoother and more consistent.
