  • Publication number: 20240140709
Abstract: Automated cold storage unit and systems for storing, monitoring, and maintaining a supply of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical and/or other products in compliance with regulatory requirements are provided. Such units contain an array of independently addressable holding locations for containers with product in one or more controlled temperature zones fitted with temperature sensors. The units include a reader to track product information and status. Product movement within the unit is performed by a computer-controlled robot. A user interface device, preferably in communication with an application service provider to provide remotely managed inventory management and other services, provides users with secure access to the contents of the unit and associated product data and information.

  • Patent number: 5765713
Abstract: A fuel tank including a generally hollow body defining an interior volume for accommodating fuel, and a hollow stud extending from a bottom portion of the hollow body. The hollow stud defines a first outlet having an inner end and an outer end, the inner end being in operative communication with the interior volume of the hollow body. An end cap is integrally formed with the hollow stud to seal the outer end of the first outlet. Preferably, the fuel tank includes two diagonally-opposed hollow studs and two corresponding end caps. The fuel tank further includes a centrally-located hollow member defining a second outlet having an inner end and an outer end. A wall member can be integrally formed with the hollow member to provide a seal between the inner end of the second outlet and the interior volume of the hollow body. Preferably, a mounting bracket is positioned adjacent to the bottom portion of the hollow body, and the mounting bracket includes an opening for insertably receiving the hollow stud.

  • Patent number: 4519219
Abstract: A receptacle for holding a beverage container such as a beer keg while the exterior of the container is being subjected to a cold liquid is disclosed. In one embodiment, there is a plastic housing which is formed with a generally cup-shaped internal cavity, the cavity having a bottom cavity wall and cavity sidewalls. The housing is also formed with an opening for allowing the container and the cold liquid to be inserted in and removed from the cavity. A plurality of ribs are positioned in the cavity that have an inner centering edge which is spaced radially inward from the cavity sidewalls. The inner edges are suitable to hold the container away from the sidewalls when the container is inserted in the cavity and positioned radially inward of the inner edge. In another preferred form, there is also provided a platform positioned in the cavity and affixed to the bottom wall.
