Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing dedicated transport communication services are disclosed. A disclosed method provides a customer with first and second access ports to a circuit based communications network. Each access port has at least one associated bandwidth attribute. The method configures the communications network to route traffic between the first and second access ports in response to an operator of the communications network.
