    Abstract: A portable wireless speaker arrangement includes a speaker module, a rigid casing that at least partially encloses the speaker module, and a user interaction unit adapted to allow user input. The speaker module may include a speaker element for generation of audio and at least one electric circuit configured for receiving, from a source device, a signal representing the audio and configured for providing an electric output signal to be fed to the speaker element for the generation of the audio. The speaker module may be received by the casing to allow for insertion thereof into the rigid casing and removal thereof from the casing. The casing at least partially encloses the speaker module in that the casing includes an opening in which the speaker element of the speaker module is arranged. The casing may include a set of battery elements that is integrated with the casing.
