  • Patent number: 11974365
Abstract: A wireless supernetwork (WiSNET), or a superintegrated network, allows multiple network technologies to plug and play into one open wired and wireless network, particularly serving dense user environments. WiSNET allows the redirection of independently deployed technologies and provides improved network efficiency, affordability, and user convenience. In embodiments, WiSNET integrates input data from two or more disparate service providers. The WiSNET includes a service delivery system, a data aggregation system that provides aggregated input data, and a local delivery system that transmit the aggregated input data to multiple categories of user via a superintegrated access platform. A superintegrated management system enables assignment of a network slice and/or a service slice to each of a plurality of user profiles.

  • Publication number: 20170265139
Abstract: An apparatus and method for a task and energy efficient Black Box (BB) are disclosed. The various embodiments of the disclosure enable, support and/or provide a configuration paradigm enabling an energy limited device or “BB” to achieve optimal energy usage and the communication transmission scheme used. In the “deployed mode”, rather than wasting precious energy broadcasting a signal when no one can receive such energy, the unit operates in a stand-by dormant mode, managing its resources at a low level of energy consumption. In this mode, the unit simply listens to an activation signal coming from an “interrogator” transponder hat has actually deployed in the vicinity (within range). When the device detects an activation signal, it becomes “awaken” and it will then start broadcasting its ping.

  • Publication number: 20170134418
Abstract: A system and method for a uniform measure and assessment of an institution's aggregate cyber security risk and of the institution's cybersecurity confidence index are provided. Moreover, the system and method enable a user to simulate and/or test the different vectors associated with computing a one-dimensional cybersecurity score.

  • Publication number: 20170116432
Abstract: System and Methods for Cyber-And-Physically Secure High-Grade Weaponry are described. An exemplary system may involve a computing device embedded in a high grade instrument such that the computing device is communicatively coupled to at least one apparatus. The system further includes a memory arrangement having stored thereon instructions that upon execution by the at least one computing device, cause the at least one computing device to execute in a sequence specific to the high grade instrument, one or more applications associated with the high grade instrument. As a result, the operation of the high grade instrument is remotely enabled and its configuration locally controlled.
