The outer grip tube includes a groove in the inner tube wall surface, which aligns with a groove in an outer tube wall surface of the inner grip tube. A spring loaded retainer clip is positioned within the grooves of the inner and outer grip tubes to secure the inner and outer grip tubes together without the need for an adhesive.
