    Abstract: A motion sensing, lighting and alarming system includes a mounting base, a motion sensor and alarm housing pivotally mounted to the mounting base for receiving motion sensor and audible alarm electronics therein, a first swivel assembly for engaging the housing to the mounting base, a pair of light holders pivotally mounted to a mounting base, each for receiving a light therein, and a pair of second swivel assemblies for engaging the light holders to the mounting base and allowing the light holders to swivel with respect the mounting base. The mounting base also establishes electrical and mechanical connections with a source of 120 V.A.C. electrical power.
