The NBA management platform may process, using a simulation model, the simulation data to determine a simulation outcome of the interaction according to the simulation data. The NBA management platform may determine whether the simulation outcome satisfies a next best action threshold. The NBA management platform may provide a next best action output to enable a next best action for engaging in the interaction.
