A plurality of holes are provided in the shaft and penetrate the surface of the bar member. The plurality of holes provided on the shaft surface of the bar member may be arranged such that a line passing axially along the shaft surface intersects at least one of the plurality of holes. Further, the plurality of holes may be arranged in a staggered matrix around the shaft surface.
