    Abstract: A free spinner hubcap assembly for fitting truck wheels, the assembly is comprised of a hub mount and cross brace for securing to the wheel. The cross brace is offered in more than one embodiment for fitting wheels of different compositions. A bearing inner race is in direct communication with the hubcap of the assembly, with the outer race independent thereof. A spinner is attached to the outer race. The spinner is thereby free to spin independently of the hubcap and wheel.
