Abstract: A pair of articulating screed framework extensions, independently adjustable at least two locations along each extension, independently adjusting each extension to a comfortable working height and other subjective needs of each user, each extension providing an upper plate on a first section, a hand grip on a second section and distal end on a third section to which a screed workpiece is independently attached to locate a width between each extension, with a locking pivot joint between each first and second section and each second and third section.

Abstract: A paired set of handles attaching to a board forming a concrete screed to minimize the strain on a person performing concrete finishing work allows for an ergonomic application of downward force applied to the lower end of the handles and application of an upward lifting force by the shape of the grip portion at the upper end of the handles, with the shape and contour of the handles requiring less strain and strength than current screed handles.

Abstract: An extension device attached to a screw gun providing for an extension of the driver tip of the screw gun and retaining a screw at a flexible end of the extension device holds a screw in a position for insertion into a surface of an object with the flexible end bending away from the driving pathway as the screw is inserted into the object, providing for the ability to insert and drive a screw into the object with a single hand from an extended distance from the object.
