  • Patent number: 7104590
Abstract: A door trim panel for a door frame of a motor vehicle. The door trim panel includes a main body portion adapted to be removably secured to the door frame and a bolster removably secured to the main body portion. The bolster covers an access opening defined in the main body portion. Fastened to the bolster is an armrest that includes a plurality of spaced-apart nibs or projections positioned to contact an integral support surface of the bolster to thereby support the armrest. In certain embodiments of the invention, the bolster may be integral with the main body portion.

  • Patent number: 7044533
Abstract: This wrapped bolster seal comprises at least two door panels, where one is a wet side door panel and another is a dry side door panel disposed opposite the wet side door panel; at least one rib extending from the side of the wet side door panel disposed proximate the dry side door panel; and at least one edge layer wrapped about a top edge of the wet side door panel and extending at least partially along the side of the wet side door panel disposed proximate the dry side door panel. When the wet side door panel and dry side door panel are joined, the rib creates a seal disposed between the wet side door panel and the dry side door panel adapted to reduce moisture from contacting the edge wrapped layer.

  • Publication number: 20050233063
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for measuring volatile organic compound (VOC) and hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emissions from coating operations. The system may also be used to assist the user for demonstration of compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State regulations. In one embodiment, the system comprises programmable processor(s) preferably electronically connected to digital scale(s), interface, and a product flow controller. Software is utilized to document changes in product weights as the coatings are applied to a selected object which may typically be positioned in a ventilated spray booth. The emissions may preferably be calculated based on material balance of the amount of the product used, product density, and pollutant content within the specified product as per EPA requirements or by other means preferably approved by the EPA or any selected specific State.

  • Publication number: 20050168009
Abstract: This wrapped bolster seal comprises at least two door panels further comprising a wet side door panel and a dry side door panel; a rib; and edge wrapping layers around the wet side door panel. Another embodiment of this wrapped bolster seal comprises at least two door panels further comprising a wet side door panel and a dry side door panel; a rib; edge wrapping layers around the wet side door panel and a foam-like material. When the wet side door panel and dry side door panel are joined, a seal is created to keep the edge wrapping layers dry and prevent any damage by water leaking into the empty space between the door panels.

  • Patent number: 5220567
Abstract: The invention provides a method and apparatus for generating a signature signal which indicates a probable location for an error-causing mechanism within a digital system, where the digital system has control-signal and data-signal carrying busses and error detection means for detecting error conditions in the signals carried by those busses. The signature generating method comprises the steps of: counting the total number of errors detected by the error detection means during a signature generating run; and counting the number of errors detected by the error detection means during a signature generating run where those errors were accompanied by the presence of accompanying signals on the signal-carrying busses, the accompanying signals being ones which belong to a predefined subset of all signals appearing on the system signal-carrying busses.
