  • Publication number: 20240152063
Abstract: Systems for maintaining light sources for semiconductor photolithography in which a module making up part of the light source is evaluated at various pulse counts to produce a binary prediction as to whether the module is sufficiently likely to operate without failure in an ensuing sequence of pulses. The binary prediction may be made by a machine learning model trained on metrics extracted from measurements taken on deinstalled modules. A group of models, each trained differently, can be made available according to a selection made by the user or according to the maintenance objectives of the user.

  • Publication number: 20240152633
Abstract: Point-in-Time data access authorization is realized by a data access broker and data access security manager that provide for a data owner/authorizer to provide access consent at the point in time at which a specific data access request is made, without the need for the data owner to share their service-specific access credentials with the third-party entity/data requester. As a result, the data owner has control over the authorization of each data access request and has knowledge as to when the third-party entity is accessing the data. Further, by not having to share access credentials with the third-party entity/data requester security issues related to exposure and/or misuse of the access credentials are avoided.

  • Publication number: 20240147243
Abstract: An embodiment includes a method to increase the efficiency of security checkpoint operations. A security checkpoint kiosk serves as a Relying Party System (RPS). The RPS establishes a secure local connection between the RPS and a User Mobile-Identification-Credential Device (UMD). The RPS sends a user information request to the UMD, via the secure local connection, seeking release of user information associated with a Mobile Identification Credential (MIC). The RPS obtains authentication of the user information received in response to the user information request. The RPS retrieves user travel information based on the user information. The RPS determines that the user travel information matches the user information. When the user travel information matches the user information, the RPS approves the user to proceed past the security checkpoint kiosk.

  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.
