  • Patent number: 11921866
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a system and method configured to create a PII profile of the user and monitor data brokers for PII that matches the PII profile. For each data broker, the system can determine a threat level to the user and provide a dynamically updatable user interface configured to present the data brokers in a predetermined order, e.g. descending order of threat. The system can be configured to receive a swipe input from the user to either “Opt-Out” or “Remove” the user PII. “Opting-Out” can include preventing the data broker from selling or sharing the user PII. “Removing” can include requesting the data broker to delete all PII for the user. The system can then monitor the data broker for compliance with the request. Further, the system can provide a user interface to the data broker to petition the user for continued use of the PII.

  • Publication number: 20230097397
Abstract: A method for analyzing credit score scenarios includes operations of receiving user input from a primary user indicating selection of a future credit score, conducting analytics on a current credit score, the future credit score, account information of the primary user, and secondary variables, to generate instructions that, when implemented, modify the account information of the primary user resulting in modification of the current credit score to the future credit score, and responsive to receiving additional input from the primary user, initiating implementation of one or more of the instructions at least through transmission of a first instruction to destination. The secondary variables may be a result of analyses of anonymized data of second users, and in some instances, indicate that alteration of a first variable within the account information of the primary user will have a greater impact in modifying the current credit score to the future credit score.

  • Patent number: 11514517
Abstract: Systems and processes for the gamification of data, including providing scenarios and actionable elements to execute a preferred scenario. Embodiments can include a credit modification software tool that is configured to automate the transmission of one or more messages to effectuate modification of a credit score associated with a user. The system can determine accounts eligible for improvements, application amounts, time to apply, and determine the effect on user's credit score. Embodiments can include scenarios for increasing a user's credit score where funds are not available by applying for a loan to reduce rolling debts, thereby providing a net increase credit score. Loans can be negotiated based on the resulting credit score and autonomously implement. A universal payment system is disclosed to retrieve data and determine a transaction model, which determines the accounts to be used, in which order, and how much to be applied, in order to benefit a credit score.

  • Publication number: 20220318902
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a loan access system and associated methods thereof, configured to determine a current financial information, and to map out a path or journey for the user to achieve a financial objective within a predetermined time window. The system can provide a platform for one or more lenders to provide a loan product that can fulfill financial objective parameters. The system can provide a financial model configured to modify the current financial information to a future, predetermined financial information within the predetermined time window, where one or more of the loans can become available. The system can provide a means for a user to obtain a financial objective using a loan that was previously unobtainable. Further the system can determine the model through machine learning techniques from one or more previous financial models from one or more unrelated users of the system.

  • Patent number: 11232489
Abstract: System and processes for facilitating the gamification of data, including providing scenarios and actionable elements to allow a user to execute at least one preferred or optimal scenario. The system may collate variables autonomously or variables may be entered by a user, the process may include an analysis step whereby, based on the source, trends, and variation of the variables entered, the process presents gamified scenarios and actionable elements. Within a scenario, the user may then manipulate one or more of the outcomes until at least one desired or optimal scenario is achieved. The user may then action various actionable elements to implement the desired or optimal scenario in a real-world situation. The scenarios provided may be aggregated and presented to a user to further enhance the desired or optimal outcome. The system may use the scenarios to provide temporally relevant advertising or notifications pertinent to a user's real-world actions.

  • Publication number: 20210233166
Abstract: Systems and processes for the gamification of data, including providing scenarios and actionable elements to execute a preferred scenario. Embodiments include providing access to a plurality of users such as a lender and a borrower, who can then collaborate to agree on a financial model to achieve a future credit score. The lender can then provide a loan based on the future credit score contingent on correct implementation of the financial model. The system can monitor changes in the borrower's credit score to confirm implementation, or reassess the financial model. The borrower and/or lender can share a summary of the financial model, and other details with non-users of the system or non-subscriber lenders of the system. Demonstrated results, tailored models, and trust in the recommender motivates the user and/or non-subscriber lender to enroll. Additional benefits can be achieved through bulk underwriting of common groups through driving lender and borrower enrollment.

  • Patent number: 8285613
Abstract: Method and system of recommending an action to a consumer is provided. The method includes, applying selection criteria to credit data to determine recommended actions for the consumer; determining if any of the recommended actions are frivolous; determining if any of the recommended actions are valid; and comparing the recommended actions to pre-set parameters set by the consumer to determine if the consumer should be notified of any of the recommended actions, if at least one recommended action is non-frivolous and valid. The system includes a processing module for processing user action requests, received from a user, in a batch; and a communications module for sending the user action requests from a system provider to a database; wherein the communications module sends an indication of results or a notice of a lack of results to the user.
