  • Publication number: 20240139049
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods are described for mounting medical equipment on IV poles, bed rails and other supporting structures in medical facilities including operating rooms and critical care sections. A system including a mounting hanger and corresponding equipment housing is disclosed that allows quick mounting and dismounting of equipment from a supporting structure. The novel structural design of mounting hanger including a symmetrical t-slot feature and a plunger lock allows a piece of equipment to be mounted on a supporting structure in multiple orientations as per the requirement which allows a user to optimize the placement of equipment in the medical environment.

  • Publication number: 20240071593
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide smart alerts to users, e.g., alerts to users about diabetic states that are only provided when it makes sense to do so, e.g., when the system can predict or estimate that the user is not already cognitively aware of their current condition, e.g., particularly where the current condition is a diabetic state warranting attention. In this way, the alert or alarm is personalized and made particularly effective for that user. Such systems and methods still alert the user when action is necessary, e.g., a bolus or temporary basal rate change, or provide a response to a missed bolus or a need for correction, but do not alert when action is unnecessary, e.g., if the user is already estimated or predicted to be cognitively aware of the diabetic state warranting attention, or if corrective action was already taken.

  • Patent number: 11698801
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments for processing a user interface (UI) using one or more parameters to capture user feedback. Embodiments operate by identifying one or more UI element codes in an information screen based on a parameter data structure. The embodiments request a set of responses from a database based on the parameter data structure. The embodiments generate a set of UI elements that capture user feedback based on the set of responses. The embodiments then present the information screen with the generated set of UI elements to capture user feedback.

  • Patent number: 11354736
Abstract: Computer-implemented methods and systems, including a user interface, that (a) calculate and display a graphical representation of a market implied probability distribution for the future prices of a tradable asset, which is derived from real time prices of the options on the asset, (b) permit the user to customize the market implied probability distribution graph to reflect the user's own view on the probability that the future price of the asset will be within a price range, and (c) propose an optimal trading strategy implemented as a combination of option orders, which strategy is optimized to be profitable assuming the customized probability distribution (if any). The combination orders may be modified and/or added to by the user.
