Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods for treating cancers using antisense (AS) nucleic acids directed against Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor (IGF-1R). The AS may be administered to the patients systemically, or may be used to produce an autologous cancer cell vaccine. In embodiments, the AS are provided in an implantable irradiated biodiffusion chamber comprising tumor cells and an effective amount of the AS. The chambers are irradiated and implanted in the abdomen of subjects and stimulate an immune response that attacks tumors distally. The compositions and methods disclosed herein may be used to treat many different kinds of cancer, for example glioblastoma.

The orientation and timing for sampling each data cell can be determined from the border 30 or from additional orientation and timing cells in the internal data field 12 or external data field 18. A system 40 and 42 is also included that captures an image of the symbol, determines symbol orientation, decodes the contents of the symbol and outputs the decoded contents to a display or other device. The present invention also includes a device 48 that can produce symbols on a substrate such as a label.

Abstract: A perfume composition contains at least 50% by weight of materials which fall into five categories defined by structure, and molecular weight. Amounts of material within each category fall within specified ranges of percentage of the whole composition. Two categories, ethers and salicylates, must be present. At least two of the remaining three categories, which are alcohols, acetate/propionate esters and methyl aryl ketones, must also be present.The compositions enable good levels of deodorant activity to be achieved along with consumer-acceptable fragrance.
