  • Patent number: 10909504
Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and employer users. The online web-based system has a voice talent database module, an open job database module, a negotiation module, and a payment module. The online system allows the employer users to search for a suitable voice talent user, preview the specific voice talent user's demonstration voice clip, and contact the voice talent user. The open job database allows employer users to upload contracts and jobs for which they need voice talent. The payment module allows payment for completed contracts to be exchanged between employer users and voice talent users with the system administrator/operator as a go-between. A matching method may also be used with the system to match voice talent users with open contracts to alert employer users. Targeted invitations to apply for these contracts may then be sent to qualified voice talent users.

  • Patent number: 10664804
Abstract: Method of facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and second users. Voice talent users upload sample audio files containing voice recordings, and second users can do keyword searches for voice talent users or post jobs that can be searched by voice talent users. A second user sends a partial script to a voice talent user, who makes a voice recording of the partial script and uploads the same. The second user has the option to send a complete script to that voice talent user, and if so, the voice talent users makes a voice recording of the complete script and uploads the same as a final audio file. Upon acceptance of the final audio file and satisfaction of optional milestones established by the second user, a server remote from both users facilitates an electronic transaction between them using the server as an agent for the transaction.

  • Patent number: 10187952
Abstract: A system allows a light fixture to have a wider range of color temperatures (CCT) while limiting the warmest temperature reached at full intensity. The CCT of the light output may be controlled independently of intensity across a certain range of CCT and dependent on intensity across another range. In an implementation, both intensity and CCT may be adjusted from a single handle, where the interface positions may be divided into multiple zones. In another implementation, intensity may be adjusted from a first handle, while CCT may be adjusted from a second handle. The CCT of the light output may be limited to cooler levels when the intensity is higher, and/or the intensity of the light may be limited to lower levels when the CCT is warmer.

  • Patent number: 10111297
Abstract: A processing device can digitally control lighting fixtures by receiving a request to generate light at a correlated color temperature (“CCT”) level in an environment. The environment can include a first lighting fixture having a first range of generatable CCT values and a second lighting fixture having a second range of generatable CCT values. The processing device can determine a first CCT value based on the request and the first range. The processing device can further determine a second CCT value based on the first CCT value and the second range. The processing device can further transmit a first digital signal to the first lighting fixture to cause the first lighting fixture to generate light at the first CCT value. The processing device can further transmit a second digital signal to the second lighting fixture to cause the second lighting fixture to generate light at the second CCT value.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating online interactions between voice talent users and employer users. The online web-based system has an online store module, a voice talent database module, an open job database module, a negotiation module, and a payment module. The online system allows the employer users to search for a suitable voice talent user, preview the specific voice talent user's demonstration voice clip, and contact the voice talent user. The online store module allows the voice talent user to upload generic pre-recorded voice clips and which may be purchased and downloaded by employer users for their own purposes. The open job database allows employer users to upload contracts and jobs for which they need voice talent. The employer user may upload requirements for the contract, a sample of the script, and a payment range for the contract.
