According to the invention, the elastic return device includes, on one of its faces bearing against the piston, an internal peripheral end which extends radially beneath the piston and which carries a gasket in order to seal off the balancing chamber from the control chamber. The invention likewise relates to a transmission system including such a dual clutch mechanism.
