Abstract: Disclosed is a hand bag for storing, carrying, displaying, selecting, and/or returning many types of articles. The hand bag comprises a body comprising a cavity to store the articles, a lower open end, and an upper open end. The hand bag further comprises an upper flap engaged with the upper open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a lower flap engaged with the lower open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a flexible sheet engaged with said lower open end between a first position where the flexible sheet is disposed outward of the body upon the lower flap with the articles resting on the body allowing the person unobstructed access to the articles and a second position where the flexible sheet may be held to form a u-shaped tube allowing the articles to be inserted into the lower open end of the body.
