  • Patent number: 7798499
Abstract: A wheel assembly for use on wheeled luggage usable as a seat A seat cushion is located on the upper end of the luggage. The wheel assembly includes a wheel housing having a brake shoe located within the housing. A wheel carriage is positioned within the housing. The wheel carriage rotatably supports a wheel having a rolling surface. In response to a traveler sitting on the seat cushion, the wheel carriage has means adapted to allow the wheel to move from a first position where the rolling surface of the wheel is not in contact with the brake shoe to a second position where the rolling surface of the wheel is in braking contact with the brake shoe, and to cause the wheel to move from the second position to the first position upon the traveler arising.

  • Patent number: 7207906
Abstract: A collapsible basketball return device including pairs of front and rear vertical telescoping posts. Lower and upper horizontal telescoping side support arms extend between a lower portion of each of the front and rear posts. Lower and upper horizontal telescoping end support arms extend between the lower portions of each of the front posts and each of the rear posts, respectively. A net is suspended from the telescoping posts and forms a tunnel in its lower portion that slopes toward and beyond the front of the device when in its fully erected mode. The net is open at its top and the outer end of the tunnel is attached to a discharge chute aimed at the user. The discharge chute is attached to the front telescoping posts by telescoping and rotatable chute support arms.

  • Patent number: 6398040
Abstract: A holder for a plurality of baseballs, softballs, or other types of balls. The holder is preferably comprised of three generally tubular support members that are joined together at their midsections, diverge outwardly and downwardly at their lower sections to form legs, and diverge outwardly and upwardly at their upper sections to form support arms. A cord is attached to the outer or upper ends of the support arms to form a cord hoop, and a net is suspended at its upper edges from the cord hoop. The net extends downwardly and is substantially closed at its bottom, thereby forming a ball receptacle.
