  • Publication number: 20240167693
Abstract: A kit of portable receptacles for restraining leg movement on a tripod campfire grill operatively associated with a raised campfire ring. Each receptacle provides a cavity for receiving the operative distal end of each tripod leg. The underside of the receptacle may provide a plurality of feet for providing a frictional engagement with an upper surface of the raised campfire ring. The kit may provide tripod retainer clips, each retainer clip dimensioned and adapted for restraining an unused portion of a tripod leg to an active portion of the tripod leg.

  • Publication number: 20150207011
Abstract: The present disclosure provides thin film solar cell structures that can achieve dramatically improved power conversion efficiencies in relation to other thin film solar cell structures. The application of tandem solar cells composed of poly-crystalline Group II-VI (e.g., CdTe-based alloy) solar cells under low temperature deposition can achieve practical efficiencies above 25% in a low cost, high through-put, large area production environment. A poly-crystalline Group II-VI (e.g., CdTe-based alloy) solar cell can be deposited in tandem with a crystalline or multi-crystalline silicon p-type substrate with embedded n-type emitter on the deposition side of the substrate. This low temperature poly-crystalline/crystalline approach can allow for the development of a substantially efficient tandem solar cell produced in a relatively low cost, high through-put, large area production environment.

  • Patent number: 5759537
Abstract: An animal feedstuff contains a minor amount of a lysophospholipid that has growth promoting properties when fed to animals. The lysopbospholipid is produced from a kit that can be incorporated into an animal feed, where the kit includes a substrate and a bacterial strain that is capable of producing an enzyme capable of converting the substrate into the lysophospholipid.

  • Patent number: 5626168
Abstract: The double roller elements for Jacquard machines are produced as one piece plastic carcasses each comprising a central body (60) with end plates (64, 66) integrally hinged thereto. The body has hollow spindles (88) to receive the rollers, (94) and once the rollers (94) have been placed on the hollow spindles, the plates (64, 66) are hinged to cover the rollers (94) and plugs (90) snap into the spindles (88). The cords can be snapped past the gaps between the outer peripheries of the plates (64, 66) to couple the cords to or uncouple them from the element, without unplugging the plates (64, 66) from the spindles (88).
