  • Patent number: 11993609
Abstract: The present disclosure addresses this need by providing crystalline fine particle forms of PRX-3140 potassium salt, methods for preparation and the treatment for Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other dementias affecting the cholinergic and/or serotonergic systems including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In certain aspects, the present disclosure provides novel methods of preparing the compound of Formula I thereof, or PRX-3140 potassium salts, crystalline fine particle forms of PRX-3140 potassium salt, and compositions comprising them. In certain aspects, the present disclosure provides novel crystalline fine particle form of PRX-3140 potassium salt which may provide advantages including improved bioavailability and stability relative to other crystalline or amorphous forms. In other aspects, the present disclosure provides oral dosage forms of crystalline fine particle form of PRX-3140 potassium salt and excipients with improved stability.

  • Patent number: 10478720
Abstract: A system includes a memory, processors, and an asset player module configured to identify a playable asset configuration for a first playable asset, including a first graph configuration identifying processing nodes and edges, each node in the graph configuration represents a media processing component configured to modify media inputs to generate a media output, construct a graph in the memory based on the first graph configuration, receive a first set of media inputs, execute the media processing components in an order based on the graph configuration and using the first set of media inputs as the one or more input media components, based on said executing, generate a media output configured to be played by a conventional media player, alter the graph at runtime, thereby changing the media processing components identified within the graph, and execute the media processing components of the graph after the altering.

  • Publication number: 20050244039
Abstract: A method for assisting a user of a fingerprint sensing system includes sensing a position of a user's finger relative to a swiped fingerprint image sensor, and providing to the user, in response to the sensed finger position, an indication of finger placement relative to the fingerprint image sensor. The indication of finger placement may include a display on a computer monitor of actual finger placement and desired finger placement. The fingerprint sensing system may include an image sensor to sense a fingerprint on a swiped finger, a finger position sensor to sense the position of the finger relative to the image sensor, and processing apparatus to provide the indication of finger placement to the user.
