  • Patent number: 10808799
Abstract: A method for attaching an anchor to an end of a tensile member by inverting the assembly of anchor and tensile member and injecting pressurized potting compound. A length of filaments of the tensile member are placed within a cavity through the anchor. The anchor and filaments are placed in an inverted position, with the distal end of the anchor facing downward and the cable extending upward out of the anchor. If the anchor has an open distal end this is sealed. Liquid potting compound is injected into the anchor cavity and allowed to solidify. During the solidification process, a controlled translation (pulling) of the cable is preferably introduced.

  • Publication number: 20190325355
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is directed to a capacity management and live user location tool. According to an embodiment of the present invention, live location data may be accessed from an active resource associated with a user. For example, live location data may include data from a VDI/LVDI asset that indicates that the user is logged into at a particular point and/or what port (e.g., Ethernet port) is used. An embodiment of the present invention is directed to an Application Program Interface (API) that accesses a directory and live record of assets (from floor to floor) to create a live map to identify capacity. Capacity may include what desks are free and who is sitting at what desk. An embodiment of the present invention may record this information on a day by day basis and generate capacity maps on a periodic basis, e.g., month to month, etc.

  • Publication number: 20190220777
Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a Sentiment Analyzer Tool comprises: a data repository; a user interface that graphically presents metrics based on the sentiment data; an application program interface and a processor configured to perform: receiving, via an electronic input, real-time customer communication; extracting, via the processor, text data from the real-time customer communication; generating, via the processor, a customer sentiment score based on the text data; comparing, via the processor, the customer sentiment score to a threshold value to determine a positive sentiment, neutral sentiment or negative sentiment; and graphically representing, via the interactive user interface, the customer sentiment score as compared to sentiment data associated with a plurality of other customers wherein the interactive user interface displays overall sentiment data, sentiment data over a predetermined period of time and a combination of: emotion data, social tendencies data and language styl
