  • Publication number: 20180355652
Abstract: The assembly includes a pulley, a plastic rail and a bolt for fixing the pulley to the plastic rail in an axial direction but allowing the pulley to rotate around the bolt. The bolt includes a threaded shaft, a shank, a shoulder, an annular groove, and a head. The assembly further includes a metal sheet with a central hole, such that when inserting the metal sheet through the threaded shaft, which has been previously introduced in a through hole of the plastic rail, the metal sheet contacts partially with a shoulder support base and partially with the plastic rail, such that when the metal sheet is axially compressed against the support base, the hole diameter of the metal sheet becomes smaller than that of the threaded shaft and gets in the annular groove.

  • Patent number: 10094510
Abstract: The assembly allows the fixing of a pulley to a base and comprises a pulley and a support comprising a cylindrical shaft and a connecting element which can be connected to the base. The assembly comprises a support piece with a fixing part with a fixing orifice, and a support part the cylindrical shaft being secured by a second end to the support piece through the fixing orifice, and the support piece being in turn supported by the base through the support part which is designed to rest on the base, so that the cylindrical shaft is supported through its first end joined to the connecting element and its second end through the support piece, and so that the pulley is retained between the base and the support piece.

  • Publication number: 20050235574
Abstract: The present invention relates to a supporting module with waterproof seal for vehicle doors mainly comprised of a flexible laminar element (2) that can establish a waterproof seal between the wet and dry sides of the door (1), also meant to facilitate the mounting tasks of each component. The flexible laminar element has a sufficient supporting capacity to allow a preliminary mounting on it of the various door components for a subsequent installation of the entire assembly on the door in a single operation; however, the strength and structural capacities of the door continue to rely on its reinforcements and ribs, and not on the flexible laminar element, thereby allowing a cheaper and simpler laminar element and assembly as a whole.
