Abstract: A mechanism for adjusting a distance between a first weight rack upright and a second weight rack upright. The mechanism includes bases that conform to a front face of the weight rack uprights. Horizontal pieces are coupled at a first end to the bases and are oriented at a first angle relative to the front face of the weight rack uprights. Bar hooks are coupled to a second end of the horizontal pieces. The bar hooks are oriented at a second angle relative to the horizontal pieces such that the bar hooks are substantially oriented in the first direction. The horizontal pieces are supported by one or more support pieces.

Abstract: A table of clauses is compiled into a shareable database. Each clause relates to parties potentially affected by a use of the clause in a legal document. Each clause also includes authorizations controlling access and preferences specifying provisions and terms for a specific subject matter. A searchable index is formed using a topical ordering based on the specific subject matter included. A clause selection interface is exported and includes document drafting controls. The clauses table index is authenticated against the authorizations for a given user, preferences for the individual parties, and specified monetary amount and is presented following successful authentication. A clause selection is authenticated against the authorizations for a given user and the preferences for the parties. An individual clause from the clauses table is displayed on the user interface upon the selection by the given user following successful authentication.

Abstract: Tensiometer placed on the free end of an aerially articulable boom such that the tensiometer's load indicator is visible from the bucket. A cable extending from the boom's free end may be attached to a working object such as a transformer. When the boom is raised, the working object is lifted off the ground. The tension placed on the cable causes a readout on the tensiometer indicating the load on the cable. Thus, a worker in the bucket can immediately determine whether the load on the cable exceeds the allowable limits.
