  • Publication number: 20240129855
Abstract: Systems and methods include receiving data from a plurality of locations with the data related to one or more smart devices operating at a respective location of the plurality of locations; determining energy usage at the plurality of locations based on the data; and providing a dashboard with a graphical user interface (GUI) visualizing the energy usage based on geographic location of the plurality of locations. The data can further include a device type of the one or more smart devices with the device type determined by a local network at the respective location. The method can further include providing a visualization based on the device type of the one or more smart devices, in a determined region based on the geographic location.

  • Patent number: 9965774
Abstract: A digital magazine server creates cover pages identifying relevant content items relevant to a user. Candidate feeds of content items are identified from various sources, with clusters of content items generated from content items included in various candidate feeds. Content items in various clusters are scored, and one or more content items are selected from each cluster. The selected content items are placed in a consolidated feed, which is used to create a cover page for viewing by a user of the digital magazine server. One or more advertisements may be included in a candidate feed, with the digital magazine server specifying a position within the cover page in which a content item associated with a candidate feed including an advertisement is presented.

  • Patent number: 9107674
Abstract: Systems and methods for treating a tissue region employ an expandable structure projecting beyond the distal end of a catheter tube. A distal tail projects beyond the far end of the basket assembly. The distal tail includes a guidewire lumen that accommodates passage of a guidewire without threading the guidewire through the catheter tube.

  • Patent number: 8675663
Abstract: The invention is directed to providing a method and apparatus for authorizing Quality of Service (QoS) at a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) node in response to receiving a service request for a subscriber having a requested QoS, a QoS Negotiation Attribute Value Pair (AVP) and a QoS Upgrade AVP such that the QoS Negotiation AVP takes precedence over the QoS Upgrade AVP.

  • Patent number: 8055353
Abstract: Medical carriers that include a low-impedance conductor are provided. The low-impedance conductors are configured to provide electrical conductivity along a length of the medical carrier. An aspect of the low-impedance conductors is the presence of a longitudinally extended region configured as a non-coiled repetitive pattern that imparts fatigue resistance to the longitudinally extended region. Also provided are systems and methods of making the medical carriers, as well as methods of using the medical carriers.

  • Publication number: 20060224993
Abstract: The present subject matter describes a browser for efficiently presenting and browsing a large digital photograph collection. The browser includes a graphical interface—referred to as a time quilt—that combines a wrappable timeline with a space filling layout. Thumbnails representing individual images or clusters of images are laid out chronologically in columns, from top to bottom. When the bottom of a column is reached, a new column is started to the right of the existing column(s). Semantic zooming is used wherein zooming in on a thumbnail image that represents a cluster renders thumbnails of images in the cluster when the thumbnails of the images can be rendered in a legible size. Tiered zooming is also described, which is semantic zooming on multiple levels—representative thumbnails give way to clusters of representative thumbnails that each represent an image or a cluster of images.
