Abstract: A frame that is configured to hold a window air conditioner unit includes a main frame body having an opening formed therein for receiving the air conditioner unit. The frame includes a pair of adjustable side support frames that are slidingly coupled to the main frame body for filling a space between sides of the air conditioner unit and sides of the window frame. Each of the side support frames includes a take-up device for securing the frame within a window channel of the window frame. The take-up device has a fixed stop fixedly attached to the side support frame and an adjustable stop that is movable in a forward-rearward direction. The take-up device further includes an actuator that is accessible to a user along the main frame body and is configured to move the adjustable stop in the forward-rearward direction.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of installing an air conditioner unit into a window frame, the method comprising: inserting the air conditioner unit into an opening in the window frame; extending left and right adjustable side curtains until the left and right adjustable side curtains contact jarbs of the window frame; recording a left measurement of an extent at which the left adjustable side curtain extends from a left reference point of the air conditioner unit and recording a right measurement of an extend at which the right adjustable side curtain extends from a right reference point of the air conditioner unit; cutting to size a left and right outer panel by cutting along a cut line identified by indicia that matches the recorded left and right measurements; and snap-fittingly installing the cut left and right outer panel onto a frame of the left and right adjustable side curtain respectively.

Abstract: A manual restorative therapy tool is presented. A first tool includes a body, a first contact surface coupled to the first surface of the body, and second contact surfaces coupled to the second surface of the body, wherein each second contact surface of the array is smaller than the first contact surface. A handle may be coupled to a third surface that allows either the first or the second contact surface to be pressed against a user, expanding the user's blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. In this state, circulation may be further enhanced by use of a second tool having a handle with a first end and a second end, a first contact surface coupled to the first end via a compression mechanism, and a second contact surface coupled to the second end via a flexibility mechanism. The first and second contact surfaces independently spin with respect to the handle.

Abstract: A spine treating apparatus is presented. The apparatus includes a plurality of frames arranged in an x-direction to form a surface, suspension pieces supporting the plurality of frames, a rotator on which the suspension pieces rest, and a motor that turns the rotator about an axis that extends in the x-direction. The rotator has an uneven outer surface such that when the motor turns the rotator, the suspension pieces move according to the contours of the rotator's uneven outer surface. The movement of the suspension pieces treats the back of a patient lying on the surface. A method of treating a user's spine is also presented. The method entails arranging frames to form a surface, providing a suspension piece for each of the frames to support the frames, providing a rotator with an uneven surface to contact the suspension piece, and turning the rotator.

Abstract: A dental anchor that is easily planted into a target space created by a lost tooth is presented. The dental anchor has a root portion made to extend into and contact bone tissue and a trunk portion directly attached to the root portion and disposed above gumline. A dental anchor planting apparatus that facilitates the precise planting of the dental anchor is also presented. The apparatus includes a main support and a chinrest, an impression tray, a dental anchor, and a nose bridge support all connected to the main support. The dental anchor of the disclosure may be used instead of a traditional dental implant to shorten procedure time and lower risks of infection and bone damage.

Abstract: A toothbrush that compensates for a user's toothbrushing technique and cleans the teeth effectively is provided. The toothbrush includes a handle and a head piece. The head piece includes a base supported by a frame, and the base is made of a flexible material. The head piece includes a base having a first surface and an opposing second surface, and a plurality of tooth cleaning elements disposed on the first and second surfaces of the base. The toothbrush further includes cleaning elements that extend from the base at different angles.
