    Abstract: A personal mobility vehicle for use by disabled persons to perform certain tasks such as playing golf is described. The mobility vehicle which in one embodiment comprises a golf cart includes a seat assembly that can be (i) swiveled to permit the rider to face sideways of rearwardly and (ii) tilted to move the rider into a pseudo-standing stance. Accordingly, the rider can address and hit a golf ball in a similar manner as a person who is not disable while being supported by the vehicle's seat. In the preferred embodiment, a canopy is provided that automatically retracts as the seat is tilted.

    Abstract: An electrical plug lock having a hollow body closed at one end and open at the other end. A closure having a fastening means for holding the closure in the body. The closure has a radially extending slot. A hole is formed in one side of the body to receive the hasp of a lock. When the slot is aligned with the hole in the body and the hasp is in the hole and in the slot the closure cannot be rotated. An electrical plug can be located inside the body and a cord on the plug can extend through the slot in the closure. The hasp of the padlock prevents the closure from being rotated to release the closure from the body.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display attachment device for use in combination with a stringed instrument having a neck, a head having tuning pegs, a bridge at the junction of the neck and head and a plurality of strings, one of which bridges the space between each of the pegs and the bridge. The attachment means comprises a display plate and means for releasably securing the plate to the head. Means may be situated between the attachment means and the plate for spacing the plate above the head. A plurality of attachment devices are disclosed.
