Abstract: Chatbots represent an automated conversation engine which an enterprise can associate with a website in order to parse standard customer queries and provide predetermined responses. However, apart from limited data relating to how often it is accessed, how often certain queries are given etc. then their benefit to the customer and enterprise longer term is low. However, users and enterprises would benefit from an e-commerce conversation interface to support not only decision making, but also procurement, delivery and after sales support as well as allowing the user to perform all, or a subset, of the steps within e-commerce. Embodiments of the invention provide this and beneficially provide for the e-commerce conversation system to be provided as either a social network, a social network plug-in, and an application plug-in for software applications including, but not limited to, web based interactive magazines known as Zines™ established by the inventor.

Abstract: A computer system for the assisted creation of online interactive published content, the computer system including an input unit for obtaining content from a plurality of sources, a unit for obtaining ZineT™ filters from a database and representing the designs to a user, allowing the user to select from the Zine™ filter unit or automatically selecting the Zine filter based on multiple parameters and applying the Zine™ filter to the source content resulting in the content being published online by the user. Abstract: A method and system for establishing secure IP communication, through a virtual IP network, between at least first and second nodes comprise an access manager for validating a communication request, initiated by one of the at least first and second nodes, for communication between the at least first and second nodes. The access manager further grants at least one unique identifier to each of the at least first and second nodes upon successful validation. A channel provides for secure IP communication between the at least first and second nodes through the virtual IP network using their respective at least one unique identifier.
