  • Patent number: 11828094
Abstract: A door security device has a rail support including a top surface and a bottom surface. A door support is attached to the rail support, such that the door support extends vertically away from the rail support of the door security device. The door support is oriented at a normal relative to the rail support. The bottom surface of the rail support rests parallel to a surface of a rail of a crash bar when the bottom surface is situated adjacent the surface of the rail. The security device creates a rigid connection to prevent unwanted removal of the door from a closed position.

  • Publication number: 20220112409
Abstract: A water-based adhesive film-forming cover composition including: (i) at least one film forming polymer; (ii) at least one lower crystallinity first polynitroso compound; (iii) at least one higher crystallinity second polynitroso compound; (iv) at least one crosslinking agent; and (v) water as a carrier liquid; a bonding system including a combination of: (a) a water-based primer component; and (b) the above water-based cover component; a process for manufacturing the above bonding system; and a process of manufacturing bonded article with the above bonding system. A bonded article, having a bonding line made from the above bonding system disposed between metal and rubber substrates, exhibits excellent stability against an aqueous urea-solution at temperatures of up to about 95° C.

  • Patent number: 4890974
Abstract: Guide structure for assisting in the connection of a dipper stick of a machine, such as a back-hoe to a tool, such as a bucket, which is operated by the machine. The tool has a connection portion provided with a pair of aligned openings. The dipper stick has a tubular connection member which must be aligned with the openings in the connection portion for attachment of the tool to the dipper stick. In this invention a pair of guide flanges is attached to the connection portion of the tool. Each guide flange has an abutment portion which is positioned adjacent one of the openings in the connection portion. In the procedure of attachment of the dipper stick to the tool, the dipper stick is moved, and the tubular connection portion is guided along the guide flanges until the tubular connection member engages the abutment portions of the guide flanges.

  • Patent number: 4852662
Abstract: An impacting mechanism for impacting a surface. An impacting mechanism having plungers spaced apart and adjacent allows fractured pieces to fly away and has a latch assembly that puts side loads on the plungers. An impacting mechanism having an impact plunger disposed in generally centered relation within a tubular actuator shields the impact to contain fractured pieces and provides a plurality of latch assemblies to equalize loading. The impacting mechanism breaks composite material into a plurality of pieces.

  • Patent number: 4785893
Abstract: Demolition apparatus which is attached to a movable boom-like member of a machine. The demolition apparatus includes support structure which carries a power plunger and an actuator plunger. The plungers are mounted in adjacent relationship and are movable with respect to the support structure. A compression spring urges the power plunger in a direction from the support structure. The actuator plunger includes a latch device which engages a portion of the power plunger. In operation, the support structure is moved toward a surface to be demolished. The actuator member engages the surface and remains fixed as the support structure continues to move toward the surface. Therefore, as this occurs, there is relative movement between the support structure and the actuator plunger. A latch carried by the actuator plunger engages a part of the power plunger and retains the position of the power plunger with respect to the actuator plunger.
