  • Patent number: 12007593
Abstract: An OLED display including a display panel and a color-correction component is described. A plurality of comparative display panels otherwise equivalent to the display panel but having one or more different optical thicknesses of OLED layers have a maximum white-point color shift from 0 to 45 degrees of WPCSC45 and a white-point axial efficiency of WPAEC. The plurality of comparative display panels defines a performance curve along a boundary of performance points. The OLED display and the display panel have respective maximum white-point color shifts from 0 to 45 degrees of WPCS45 and WPCS045 and respective white-point axial efficiencies of WPAE and WPAE0. WPCS045 and WPAE0 defines a performance point of the display panel to the right of the performance curve and WPCS45 and WPAE defines a performance point of the OLED display above or to the left of the performance curve. Methods of making the OLED display are described.

  • Publication number: 20240156768
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are drawn to an enteral feeding device for hydrolyzing triglycerides in a nutritional formula. The device may include a body housing a chamber, an inlet configured to fluidly couple with a source of nutritional formula, and an outlet configured to fluidly couple with an enteral feeding tube. The device may include a headspace and a plurality of particles contained within the chamber, wherein the lipase is covalently bonded to the plurality of particles. The device may include an inlet filter located between the inlet and the chamber, wherein the inlet filter contains a first plurality of openings, and an outlet filter located between the chamber and the outlet, wherein the outlet filter has a second plurality of openings smaller than the plurality of particles.

  • Publication number: 20240079440
Abstract: A multispectral sensing device includes a first die, including silicon, which is patterned to define a first array of sensor elements, which output first electrical signals in response to optical radiation that is incident on the device in a band of wavelengths less than 1000 nm that is incident on the front side of the first die. A second die has its first side bonded to the back side of the first die and includes a photosensitive material and is patterned to define a second array of sensor elements, which output second electrical signals in response to the optical radiation that is incident on the device in a second band of wavelengths greater than 1000 nm that passes through the first die and is incident on the first side of the second die. Readout circuitry reads the first electrical signals and the second electrical signals serially out of the device.

  • Patent number: 5252782
Abstract: A sensitive circuit area on a circuit board is isolated from an adjacent located non-sensitive circuit area by surrounding the sensitive circuit area with electrically interconnected ground planes positioned on the opposite sides of the circuit board. The isolation system further includes a "clam shell" RF/IF tight shield attached to each side of the circuit board enclosing the sensitive circuit area. A partially conductive gasket is placed between the clam shell and the top and bottom circuit board surfaces to enhance isolation performance.

  • Patent number: 5006325
Abstract: This invention relates to an improved process for the recovery and regeneration of nitric acid from spent acid obtained from the mixed acid nitration of aromatic compounds. In that process a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and nitric acid is contacted with an aromatic composition at a temperature and pressure sufficient for producing a nitroaromatic composition and a spent acid containing unreacted nitric acid, sulfuric acid and solubilized nitroaromatic compounds in said spent acid. The improvement comprises initially heating the spent acid to a temperature of from about 120.degree. to 200.degree. C. for a time sufficient to convert said nitroaromatics in said spent acid to a nitroaromatic composition having a boiling point greater than 300.degree. C. at atmospheric pressure and then flash distilling the hot spent acid containing nitroaromatics compositions at a pressure from about 5 to 15 psia and temperature of 150.degree. to 200.degree. C.
