  • Patent number: 8860994
Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving an input print job file including a form definition (formdef), determining whether the formdef is an N-up formdef and generating an output print job file by inserting a forms overlay into the input print job file as a pre-printed form if the formdef is an N-up formdef.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 10, 2012
Date of Patent: October 14, 2014
    Assignee: Ricoh Production Print Solutions
Inventors: David L. Stokes, Susan M. Saad, Michael G. Lotz

  • Publication number: 20110175292
Abstract: A target with a thermal signature includes two or more bulletproof plates and a heater thermally coupled to at least one of the plates for heating the plate to produce the thermal signature.

  • Patent number: 6109700
Abstract: A modular roof bolting apparatus adapted to be installed on a face conveyor track of longwall mining equipment. A roof drilling assembly is rotationally mounted on a platform to an operating position and an installation position. The roof bolting drill is mounted to the platform so that in the lowered position the roof bolting drill lies parallel to an elongate axis of the platform. This arrangement provides a low-profile arrangement that allows the roof bolting apparatus to be installed in areas where space is limited. For example, the roof bolting apparatus can be lifted over either the headgate or tailgate drive without having to disassemble them.

  • Patent number: 5611499
Abstract: A yarn tensioning device 10 having three pairs of spring loaded tensioning disks 20 that exert an increasing incremental pressure on the yarn 12 which correlates to the tension in the yarn. The three pairs of tensioning disks 20 are mounted on the front side 42 of a bracket 40 around a post 90. The three posts 90 are coupled together on the back side 44 of the bracket 40 by a back plate 100. A threaded rod 108 is inserted through a center hole 48 in the bracket 40 and threadably engages the back plate 100, such that as the threaded rod 108 is rotated, the back plate 100 moves towards or away from the bracket 40. As the back plate 100 moves away from bracket 40 the posts 90 gets closer to the tensioning disks 20, thus increasing the amount of pressure exerted on the tension disks 20 by the springs 70.
