    Abstract: A container comprised of an inner aromatic polycarbonate layer, an outer aromatic polycarbonate layer, and an intermediate amorphous polyamide layer between the inner polycarbonate layer and the outer polycarbonate layer. The amorphous polyamide intermediate layer provides the container with enhanced processability, excellent gas barrier properties and hot fill capabilities.
