    Abstract: Delivery apparatus and methods for delivering a medical device into a patient's vasculature are disclosed. In some examples, a method includes inserting, into a patient, a distal end portion of a delivery apparatus including a radially compressed prosthetic valve mounted around a balloon, advancing the distal end through the patient's vasculature, and inflating the balloon to radially expand the prosthetic valve at a native heart valve. The delivery apparatus includes a handle, a first shaft and a second shaft extending from the handle, and a locking mechanism to prevent axial movement of the second shaft relative to first shaft. The second shaft extends coaxially through the first shaft and includes the balloon, the radially compressed prosthetic valve, and one or more radiopaque markers at a distal end portion. The first shaft includes an end piece covering a proximal portion of the balloon during the advancing of the delivery apparatus.

The method also includes identifying, by the network function, an action to perform on the packet and modifying the header based on the action to create a modified packet with a modified header. The method also includes copying the modified packet from the network function to the virtual connection device for the virtual connection device to perform the action on the modified packet based on the modified header. The method also includes configuring, by a processing device executing the network function, the virtual connection device to perform the action on subsequent packets of the packet session. The virtual connection device performs the action on the subsequent packets without copying the subsequent packets to the network function.

    Abstract: A gasket and packing panel assembly comprises a packing panel that forms a stuffing box about a trunnion/shaft. A backing ring about the trunnion/shaft is connected to the packing panel and moves in an axial direction relative to the trunnion/shaft, reducing an axial dimension of the stuffing box. A gasket is located in the stuffing box. The gasket comprises a resilient body from which at least one lip seal projects towards the trunnion/shaft. The lip seal contacts the trunnion/shaft when the backing ring applies a pressure on the gasket. A gasket for use as a seal inside the stuffing box is also provided.
