  • Publication number: 20240142516
Abstract: A multispectral inspection (MSI) device for analyzing an electronic item having a printed circuit board (PCB). An electronic power supply powers the electronic item in accordance with one or more test vectors. An optical imaging scanner, terahertz (THz) imaging scanner, and a functional imaging scanner are each operative to scan the electronic item. An electronic processor is programmed to scan the various scanners and control the power supply to acquire optical, THz, and functional images of the electronic item. The images are combined to form a standard three-dimensional (3D) signature and artificial intelligence (AI) classifiers are applied to the 3D signature to perform non-destructive analyses of the electronic item.

  • Publication number: 20040073512
Abstract: A system and method for providing user session state across various networked machines is disclosed. The system encompasses a session saver and a sessions database centrally maintained for access by a plurality of computing devices. The system indexes each stored variant by a user defined key and a descriptive variable name. The session saver is a drop in replacement for the IIS session object that provides session state without using cookies. The session saver is divided into various subcomponents, including Csaver for providing the COM interface, OleDbSessionTable to read and write the data from an OLE database, Cconnection for retrieving a connection string from a UDL file, RegistryInfo that reads the location of the UDL file from the memory, StorageVariant enabling storage of variants in any properly configured OLE DB provider, and CcomVariantEx.

  • Publication number: 20020120536
Abstract: A system and method for providing secure wireless access to information maintained by a financial institution is provided. The system and method includes at least one operations server, with an IP server distributing incoming queries to one of the operations servers. Each operations server runs the same software as the other servers, including a business logic layer, a data layer, and a presentation layer. The business logic layer operates on and retrieves and transmits the requested information, while the data layer maintains the data necessary to perform the requisite functions. The presentation layer presents the data to the user in a device compliant format.

  • Publication number: 20020120571
Abstract: A system for enabling wireless interaction between a user of a wireless device and a financial institution is provided. The preferred embodiment comprises three layers, namely a presentation layer, a business logic layer, and a data access layer, each manipulating or accessing data and passing said data in a preferred format to the other layers irrespective of the wireless device used or the financial institution queried. The presentation layer receives the user request, makes appropriate requests of the financial institution through the business logic layer, obtains the financial information using the data access layer, and returns the financial information to the user over a wireless network. A user can employ various wireless devices to interact with the network, including but not limited to cellular telephones, PDAs, and laptop computing devices. The entire transaction is provided in a secure environment.
