The dispenser base receives the elongate body, and a release member of the dispenser base actuates the locking formations from the locked condition to the unlocked condition. The locking formations retained by the elongate body can be plural resiliently deflectable fingers disposed along a circular shape, and the release member can be a central column that is operative to deflect the resiliently deflectable fingers out of engagement with the locking formation of the elevator cup. The elevator cup can thus be locked in a retracted position to be freed by a corresponding dispenser base.

A cap is removably secured to the bottle neck at a closure end of the cap, the cap having a comb end extending from the closure end to a top end of the cap and defining a comb slot therebetween. An applicator is mounted to the closure end of the cap and extends through the bottle opening when the cap is secured on the bottle neck. A comb has teeth sized for combing eyelashes, and the comb pivotally mounted to the comb end of the cap for pivotal movement between a closed position with the teeth stored in the comb slot and an open position with the teeth deployed for combing action. The comb is removably retained in the comb slot by snap engagement and is provided with an extending grip for manipulating the comb.

The fold assembly not only provides a large spout opening, but also provides a spring force which keeps the spout open so that all the product may be emptied from the chamber.
