A transaction card has a display, a non-volatile memory having a plurality of transaction data sets each set having data for one of a plurality of transaction partners with whom a consumer holding the transaction card can execute a transaction and an input device adapted to determine a transaction partner for a transaction and to generate a transaction partner signal. A controller is adapted to receive the transaction partner signal, to select a transaction data set based upon transaction partner signal and to cause the display to present an image based upon data in the selected transaction data set, so that said image has image content that is at least in part related to a transaction that can be performed with the determined transaction partner.

The applicator includes a discharge device, a reservoir which holds a bioactive material, and a solvent at a supercritical fluid state for delivering the bioactive material through the discharge device to the receiver. A spacer may be positioned between the discharge device and the receiver. The receiver may have a plurality of different bio-active material to be applied to a subject, each located at a different location on the receiver.

Abstract: A scanless display system that projects an image directly onto a retina, comprising a plurality of organic laser cavity devices. The organic laser cavity devices are placed in close proximity to a user's eye, for variably changing individual image pixels; wherein projecting the image directly onto the retina occurs by variably addressing individual image pixel locations and variably changing duration of illumination on individual image pixels upon the retina. Also included are a receiver for receiving transmitted electrical signals that include content information; a decoder for decoding received electrical signals; and a modulator for driving the scanless display under predetermined parameters.

Processing the black dye includes techniques, such as cooling the black dye, re-routing the black dye, and drying the black dye before the black dye comes in contact with the tension rollers.
