  • Publication number: 20190050781
Abstract: A computer-implemented evaluation method for evaluating an employee includes providing an evaluation dashboard application to participants capable of generating a collective progress report indicating a proportion of group members who have transmitted external-evaluation information at a time the collective progress report is generated, and further capable of generating a plurality of individual progress reports respectively indicating a completeness of external-evaluation information received from each of the plurality of group members at a time the plurality of individual progress reports are generated. The collective progress report and the plurality of individual progress reports are accessible by each participant executing the evaluation dashboard application on a remote computer without communicating with another participant. A participant in the evaluation process can anonymously check on the progress of other participants in the evaluation process in real time.

  • Publication number: 20080168036
Abstract: A method for searching computer data to obtain tabular data includes selecting a data node and obtaining the data content of the node. Possible tabular data contained within the data content is identified. The possible tabular data is analyzed to recognize tabular data.

  • Publication number: 20080168091
Abstract: A method for ranking the quality of a set of tabular data includes determining one or more quality metrics corresponding to a set of tabular data. The quality metrics are combined to form a quality score for the set of tabular data.

  • Publication number: 20070250855
Abstract: A search engine is provided which responds to a user's queries by generating and presenting a graphed result. In addition to the graphed data, the user is provided with advertisement data which is related to the query information and/or to the nature of the data itself. One aspect of the invention selects advertisements to be displayed based on trends determined from the data presented on the graph.

  • Publication number: 20070239698
Abstract: A search engine is provided which responds to a user's queries by generating and presenting a graphed result. In various aspects of the invention, these search terms can be associated with one or more axes of the desired graph. Thus, by way of example, a graphed result can be obtained by a user entering a search term in an X-axis search term window provided in a user interface. Any resulting graphed hits would have the entered search term (or its equivalent) on the X-axis. An additional feature of the invention permits the user to click on a data item of an initial graph to trigger a subsequent search and graphed result related to that data item.

  • Publication number: 20070239768
Abstract: A search engine is provided which responds to a user's queries by generating and presenting a graphed result. The present invention includes automated and human process for retrieving raw data from various sources (to include Internet sources), profiling and storing structured data derived from this raw data, and retrieving this structured data in response to user queries. The invention utilizes a unique data storage architecture that optimizes the characterization of the structure data for querying.

  • Publication number: 20070239686
Abstract: The present invention relates to a search engine system for querying and displaying structured data. In various aspects of the invention, users are permitted to enter simple keywords and/or advanced profiles which results in a set of graphed results being returned as thumbnail presentations. The user is then permitted to select one of these thumbnail presentations to invoke various display features of the invention.

  • Publication number: 20070240050
Abstract: A search engine is provided which responds to a user's queries by generating and presenting a graphed result. This graphed result is displayed in a manner that the invention has determined to be most preferred by one or more users. In various embodiments of the invention, this preferred manner may be determined based upon an accumulated history of output format selections for the particular data being displayed.
