  • Patent number: 11978569
Abstract: Compositions comprising high levels of high specific activity copper-64, and process for preparing said compositions. The compositions comprise from about 2 Ci to about 15 Ci of copper-64 and have specific activities up to about 3800 mCi copper-64 per microgram of copper. The processes for preparing said compositions comprise bombarding a nickel-64 target with a low energy, high current proton beam, and purifying the copper-64 from other metals by a process comprising ion exchange chromatography or a process comprising a combination of extraction chromatography and ion exchange chromatography.

  • Publication number: 20240138532
Abstract: A buckle includes a fixed base attachment member including a body base that has an object mounting surface, and a connection section that extends upward from the body base. A first cinch member includes a first end connected to the connection section of the fixed base attachment member, and a second end including a protrusion extending therefrom. A second cinch member includes a first end connected to the protrusion at the second end of the first cinch member, and a free end opposite the first end of the second cinch member. An adjustable attachment member is connected, at a portion between opposing ends thereof, to the first cinch member, and has an object attachment member at a first end of the opposing ends. The object attachment member is configured to attach to an object on which the object mounting surface rests when implemented on the object.

  • Patent number: 9847658
Abstract: Systems and methods for battery management are disclosed. A system may include an internal control network including multiple node controllers powered by a unique cell or combination of cells of a battery. The node controllers may communicate with each other via a node communication system. Each node controller may be responsible for managing a charge level associated with one or more cells. The one or more devices of the internal control network may enable measurement of environmental factors such as a temperature and a current and voltage applied at the battery. Based on the measured environmental factors, the internal control network may perform an ongoing assessment of the one or more cells of the battery and of an overall battery condition. The internal control network may initiate turning on or off a battery output to prevent over discharge and possible damage to the battery or devices connected to the battery.

  • Publication number: 20110175726
Abstract: A wireless distress system and method compares signals transmitted from fixed wireless devices to more accurately determine the location of a mobile wireless distress device. The system and method may compare the signal pattern of a mobile wireless device to the signal patterns of fixed wireless devices in known locations. The location of a fixed wireless device with a signal pattern that most closely matches the signal pattern of the mobile wireless device may be used as the location of the mobile wireless distress device.
