Abstract: A single-use needle cover configured to obscure, protect, or hide at least a portion of a needle from view before, during, and/or after an injection and/or aspiration procedure is disclosed. In some embodiments, the cover includes a housing at least partially containing the needle and configured to couple to a syringe, wherein the housing includes an axis and a guide member. In some embodiments, a sleeve has a plurality of tracks configured to slidingly receive the guide member, wherein the sleeve is configured to retract, extend, and rotate with respect to the housing. In some embodiments, after the sleeve has been retracted and extended one time, a first locking member inhibits further retraction of the sleeve and a second locking member inhibits rotation of the sleeve.

Abstract: A system, method and computer product for estimating a component of a provided audio signal. The method comprises converting the provided audio signal to an image, processing the image with a neural network trained to estimate one of vocal content and instrumental content, and storing a spectral mask output from the neural network as a result of the image being processed by the neural network. The neural network is a U-Net. The method also comprises providing the spectral mask to a client media playback device, which applies the spectral mask to a spectrogram of the provided audio signal, to provide a masked spectrogram. The media playback device also transforms the masked spectrogram to an audio signal, and plays back that audio signal via an output user interface.

Abstract: A capsule 10 for the preparation of a beverage, comprising a body 11, and a rim structure 12 having an edge 14 extending outwardly with respect to an outer surface of the body 11; and a contact element 13 which protrudes from a remaining portion of an upper surface 19 of the rim structure 12 thereby forming an annular channel 18 between the outer surface of the capsule body 11 and an inner side wall 17 of the contact element 13; the capsule being configured to cooperate with a beverage preparation apparatus and characterised in that the contact element 13 is located at a predetermined distance away from the edge 4 of the rim structure 12.
