  • Patent number: 11359732
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a value assembly, methods of manufacturing the same, and methods of using the same. In one embodiment, a sensor assembly comprises a housing having a through-bore, a first flap coupled to a first shaft and a second flap coupled to a second shaft, wherein the first shaft and the second shaft are coupled within the housing; and one or more gear assemblies coupled to the first shaft and the second shaft, wherein the gear assemblies are configured to rotate the first flap and the second flap from a first position to a second position to prevent a flow from traversing through the through-bore, and from the second position to the first position to allow the flow to traverse through the through-bore.

  • Patent number: 7174776
Abstract: A vehicle component test method includes measuring first acceleration data at discrete locations on a first vehicle frame during an actual road test of a first vehicle and measuring second acceleration data at the discrete locations on a second vehicle frame of a second vehicle mounted on a test fixture. The second acceleration data is compared to the first acceleration data and an acceleration error is generated. The test fixture is adjusted based on the acceleration error until the acceleration error is within a predetermined range.

  • Publication number: 20030198754
Abstract: Embodiments of this invention relate to a processing chamber and methods of distributing reactants therein to facilitate cyclical layer deposition of films on a substrate. One embodiment of a substrate processing chamber includes a chamber body and a substrate support disposed in the chamber body. A lid is disposed on the chamber body. An injection plate having a recess is mounted on the lid. A bottom surface of the recess has a plurality of apertures limited to an area proximate a central portion of the substrate receiving surface of the substrate support. Another embodiment of a substrate processing chamber includes a chamber body having interior sidewalls and an interior bottom wall. A top liner is disposed along the interior sidewalls of the chamber body. A bottom liner is disposed on the interior bottom wall of the chamber body. A gap is defined between the top liner and the bottom liner to allow a purge gas to be introduced therethrough.
