Abstract: A management platform, which includes a plurality of virtual machines, wherein one virtual machine utilizes a first hypervisor and is linked to resources in a first virtual environment of an enterprise data center, and one virtual machine uses a second heterogeneous hypervisor and is linked to resources in a second virtual environment of a cloud. A user interface allows a user to set a policy with respect to disaster recovery of the computing resources of the enterprise data center. A control component replicates some of the infrastructure of the enterprise data center to the second virtual environment of the cloud computing infrastructure, controls the plurality of virtual machines to provide failover to the cloud computing infrastructure when triggered based at least in part on the user-set policy, and controls the plurality of virtual machines to provide recovery back to the enterprise data center after failover to the cloud computing infrastructure.

Abstract: A method and apparatus facilitates the payment of reimbursements to providers. A computer file with information relevant to the payments is provided, the payments having been approved by an administrator. The providers of services covered by the plan are notified that payments are available. The providers may access their account through a web portal to process the payments. The payments are preferably made my an electronic debit card, but may be made by ACH or paper check.

Abstract: A report shows website visitation statistics including page visits before and after a path that can include one or more pages. The report responds to user selection of a page by adding the selected page to the path and regenerating the report. The user can click on pages to add them to the path, or to replace existing pages in the path. The user can also request and receive additional information about any page represented in the report.

Abstract: According to the present invention, a writing aid includes a platform, a top layer and two or more bearings. The platform has a first and second surface. The top layer is affixed to the second surface of the platform wherein the top layer is made of a material that provides cushioning between the user's hand and the platform. The bearings are attached to the first surface of the platform and are operable to reduce the friction between the platform and a writing surface. At least one of the bearings is a linear bearing. During use, the user places his or her writing hand on the top surface. As the user writes, the writing aid continually slides and/or rolls across the writing surface, providing support to the user's writing hand. In some embodiments, the writing aid may be adapted to be used in conjunction with a guide ruler for additional control.
