  • Patent number: 11989650
Abstract: According to one implementation, a system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a system memory storing a software code including a trained neural network (NN). The hardware processor executes the software code to receive an input image including a pixel anomaly, identify, using the trained NN, one or more salient regions of the input image, and determine whether the pixel anomaly is located inside any of the one or more salient regions. The hardware processor further executes the software code to assign a first priority to the pixel anomaly when it is determined that the pixel anomaly is located inside any of the one or more salient regions, and to assign a second priority, lower than the first priority, to the pixel anomaly when it is determined that the pixel anomaly is not located inside any of the one or more salient regions.

  • Publication number: 20240077883
Abstract: Systems and methods for vehicle controllers for agricultural and industrial applications are described. For example, a method includes accessing a map data structure storing a map representing locations of physical objects in a geographic area; accessing current point cloud data captured using a distance sensor connected to a vehicle; detecting a crop row based on the current point cloud data; matching the detected crop row with a crop row represented in the map; determining an estimate of a current location of the vehicle based on a current position in relation to the detected crop row; and controlling one or more actuators to cause the vehicle to move from the current location of the vehicle to a target location.

  • Publication number: 20240065131
Abstract: Systems and methods for agricultural lane following are described. For example, a method includes accessing range data captured using a distance sensor connected to a vehicle and/or image data captured using an image sensor connected to a vehicle; detecting a crop row based on the range data and/or the image data to obtain position data for the crop row; determining, based on the position data for the crop row, a yaw and a lateral position of the vehicle with respect to a lane bounded by the crop row; and based on the yaw and the lateral position, controlling the vehicle to move along a length of the lane bounded by the crop row.

  • Patent number: 11797649
Abstract: A system includes a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code including a predictive model. The hardware processor executes the software code to receive an input including an image having a pixel anomaly, and image data identifying the location of the pixel anomaly in the image. The software code uses the predictive model to extract a global feature map of a global image region of the image, the pixel anomaly being located within the global image region; to extract a local feature map of a local image region of the image, the pixel anomaly being located within the local image region and the local image region being smaller than the global image region; and to predict, based on the global feature map and the local feature map, a distraction level of the pixel anomaly within the image.

  • Patent number: 11625669
Abstract: A system for tracking items within a value chain, the system comprising an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to create a first object in response to an input, the first object including first identifying metadata, receive an action, and apply the action to the first object to modify the first object into a second object and modify the first identifying metadata into second identifying metadata. The electronic processor is further configured to link the second object to the first object, receive a request to retrieve a history of the second object, and generate the history, wherein the history includes the first object, the first identifying metadata, the action, the second object, and the second identifying metadata.
