  • Publication number: 20220074551
Abstract: Station for filling gas tanks comprising a gas source, a circuit comprising an upstream end connected to the source and a downstream end comprising a hose portion, the end of which is intended to be connected to the tank(s) to be filled, the circuit comprising, between the source and the downstream end, an automatic shut-off breakaway coupling arranged along a working axis, said breakaway coupling ensuring an automatic shut-off of the circuit in case of a determined tensile force on said breakaway coupling along its working axis, the station comprising a dispenser housing, the breakaway coupling being arranged in the dispenser housing with a determined orientation of the working axis, at least one part of the hose portion of the downstream end of the circuit protruding from the dispenser housing, the dispenser housing comprising a guide member for guiding a zone of the hose portion, characterized in that the guide member comprises an assembly deflecting wall(s) converging toward a central passage zone ensurin

  • Publication number: 20160327209
Abstract: A tank for hydrogen storage by absorption in a hydrogen storage material includes a shell with a longitudinal axis closed off at its two longitudinal ends, a hydrogen supply and outlet for released hydrogen, and at least one heat transfer element installed transversally in the shell and in contact with the inner surface of the shell. The heat transfer element has an outer peripheral edge formed from tabs in elastic contact with the inner surface of the shell such that contact between the heat transfer element and the shell is maintained during temperature variations during the hydrogen charge and discharge phases. The heat transfer element is designed to provide heat transfers from and to the storage material that will be contained in the tank.

  • Publication number: 20160312956
Abstract: A tank for storing hydrogen by absorption in a hydrogen storage material, including: a chamber; a hydrogen supplier to supply hydrogen into the chamber and/or collect hydrogen in the chamber; an inner structure for storing hydrogen storage material, the inner structure including at least two cups, each cup including a base, a side wall, and a closing element forming a volume impermeable to the hydrogen storage material, at least part of each cup being permeable to hydrogen, and the inner structure including a passage provided at least between part of an outer face of the side wall of the cup and an inner face of the chamber.
