Patent number: 10436525Abstract: Fractionation, the process used by refineries to break down carbon chains of petroleum compounds so that the desired carbon compound can be achieved. This process typically involves high heat, distillation, re-boiling, and energy intensive cooling processes. This application discloses an invention that will condense vapor produced by a pyrolysis reactor. This system uses one standard cyclone; three cascading cyclones with internal cyclonic rotation fins that force incoming vapor to maintain a fixed amount of rotation regardless of the vapor's velocity, heat sinks that increase condensation, reversing fins that force gases to reverse direction inside the cyclone decreasing vapor velocity to increase heat loss; a main collection tank that allows for the controlling of the fuel flash point; a compact low temperature coil cooler that uses 100 percent of the cooling surface that allows for the production of higher quality fuel; and, bubblers/scrubbers that produce back pressure into the pyrolysis reactor.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2016Date of Patent: October 8, 2019Assignee: Golden Renewable Energy, LLCInventors: Oluwadare Oluwaseun, David W. Patent number: 9701593Abstract: A CO2 conversion system includes at least a first reactor including a gas mixing tube, a spark ignition system for generating sparks in the gas mixing tube coupled to a catalyst chamber having a catalyst therein coupled to a reaction chamber. Inlet tubes each with gas flow control valves are for injecting process gases including O2, H2 and CO2 into the gas mixing tube, wherein the process gases react in the reaction chamber in at least one chemical reaction to form reaction products including output gases including CH4 and reaction heat. A process controller utilizes at a process temperature setpoint or a criteria for an output gas to control a temperature in the catalyst chamber to maintain the process temperature setpoint or output gas criteria by adjusting gas flow control valves for changing the mass flow of at least one process gas to reduce a heat from the chemical reaction.Type: GrantFiled: May 5, 2016Date of Patent: July 11, 2017Assignee: BB&G Environmental, LLCInventor: David W. Publication number: 20160169509Abstract: A gas processor includes a burner chamber including a first end and a second end, a gas/fuel burner having an inlet receiving air and an inlet for receiving a first combustible gas including a nozzle providing a flame extending out from the nozzle. A syn-gas chamber including injection holes and a syn-gas feed line and a syn-gas nozzle plate is coupled between the second end of the burner chamber and the gas/fuel burner including over the nozzle, wherein syn-gas is directed by the injection holes into a path of the flame for combustion of the syn-gas. An air pipe having a plurality of air discharge ports extending from the first end to within the burner chamber having an air blower coupled thereto is configured to pump air into the burner chamber.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2015Publication date: June 16, 2016Inventor: DAVID W. Patent number: 9315732Abstract: An ash filter and reboiler (ash filter/reboiler) includes an inlet tube heat exchanger including an outer column (column) having a vapor inlet tube through an inlet of the column coupled therein to receive fuel vapors including entrained ash particles and to direct the fuel vapors including the entrained ash particles out from a bottom of the vapor inlet tube toward a bottom portion of the column. A cooler over the bottom portion of the column for condensing the fuel vapors including the entrained ash particles to liquid fuel. A pump coupled to an outlet in a bottom of the column is for pumping out an ash particle laden portion of the liquid fuel. A heater is above the cooler for vaporizing the liquid fuel into reboiled vapor, and a vapor outlet is at a top of the column for releasing the reboiled vapors out from the column.Type: GrantFiled: December 12, 2014Date of Patent: April 19, 2016Assignee: Infinitus Renewable Energy, LLCInventor: David W. Patent number: 6527088Abstract: A vertically extended loading and unloading apparatus spans between the floors of a building. The apparatus includes a frame that is generally vertically positioned, the frame extending between at least two floors of a building so that articles to be loaded or unloaded between floors can be transported vertically using the frame. A carriage is movably mounted to the frame, the carriage having an interior and an upper planar load carrying horizontal surface and a plurality of inclined side walls that extend from the load carrying horizontal surface downwardly. A motor drive mounted inside the carriage interior engages a static belt that is wound upon the motor drive and anchored at the top and bottom of the frame. The cable extends horizontally to engage the motor drive and a gear provided on the motor drive within the carriage interior. Rotation of the gear in the opposite directions defines either upward or downward movement of the carriage.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2000Date of Patent: March 4, 2003Inventor: David W. Fowler

Patent number: 5139187Abstract: A body garment is disclosed having utility as a handwarmer, fanny pack or carrier of elongated articles such as skis. The garment includes a centrally located, tubular, synthetic fleece member of relatively long axial length having a handwarmer chamber with a synthetic moisture wicking cloth lining. A first zipper in the top of the tubular member provides access to the handwarmer chamber and to an open-mesh heat source bag that is located within the handwarmer chamber. A pair fleece cuffs are stitched with on each open end of the tubular member. A pair of cords are attached to each cuff to compliantly control the size of the cuff open ends. An adjustable length belt is attached to the top of the tubular member. A manually releasable coupler enables the belt for encirclement of an individual's waist, for positioning to the front or to the rear, or for shoulder support by the individual.Type: GrantFiled: July 26, 1991Date of Patent: August 18, 1992Inventor: David W.
