Abstract: The invention relates to an integrated bracket for an automotive heat exchanger, in particular for a radiator. The integrated bracket comprising a radiator bracket base (2), having an inner side at which the heat exchange is located and an opposite outer side. The bracket base (2) comprises a base plate (2a) and a supporting plate (1) which are in contact with their surfaces faced to each other and each of the plates (1, 2a) has latching and locking means to engage both plates one to the other. The plate which is selected from said supporting and base plates (1, 2a) and which is located at the outer side of the bracket is provided with at least one ball pin (4) integrally formed with said plate and protruding from said plate at its outer side for fixing the bracket base (2) in a car.

Abstract: The invention relates to a condenser receiver adapted to receive and house a fluid used in a cold loop of an air-conditioning system, said condenser receiver comprising an outer wall and an inner wall. The inner wall defines an inner space for housing a fluid, while the outer wall is provided on its outer surface with a plurality of ribs that increase the heat exchange between the fluid contained in the inner space and the ambient air outside the condenser receiver.

Abstract: A manifold for use in a cooler of a cooling system is disclosed. The manifold includes a housing, which is a unitary element having a closed profile and has at least one longitudinal channel defined therein and also a plurality of slots on one of surfaces of the housing, which slots are in fluid communication with the longitudinal channel The manifold also includes a covering profile applied on the housing, having a plurality of slots at positions corresponding to the positions of the slots of the housing and fixedly connected to the housing. The slots of both components of the manifold are adapted for receiving tubes of the cooler, while the longitudinal channel has on its surface a stopping means against which the tubes of the cooler may abut.

Abstract: A receiver for a heat exchanger, especially a condenser of a refrigerant system, is disclosed. The receiver has a hollow body and a closure closing the body. The body defines an internal volume configured to receive a fluid flowing through the heat exchanger, and the closure is adapted to establish a communication of the fluid between said internal volume and a flange of the heat exchanger. The closure is removable from the flange and detachably coupled to the body. A heat exchanger, especially a condenser equipped thereof, is also disclosed.
