Abstract: Disclosed herein are accessory attachment apparatuses, comprising: a spring bar having a first end and a second end, the first end having a first depressible tip and the second end having a second depressible tip, each being configured to communicate with a first and second recess, respectively; a spring bar housing having an interior channel and configured to contain the spring bar; and a coupler disposed on an outer surface of the spring bar housing, the coupler having an outer size and an inner size, the inner size defining an interior space, the coupler comprising: an abutting segment in communication with the spring bar housing; a distal segment positioned opposite the abutting segment; and a first and a second spanning segment configured to span the abutting segment and the distal segment and to communicate thereto.

The systems can consist of a concealment member, an attachment mechanism configured to attach the concealment system to the user's body or the user's garment, and the concealment member is configured to permit a user to engage the smart device while the smart device is concealed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are smart device concealment systems and methods for using the same. The smart device systems comprise a retention sheath configured to receive and retain a smart device, a concealment panel joined to the retention sheath and configured to at least partially conceal the smart device, and an attachment mechanism for securing the smart device onto the retention sheath. The concealment system may be attached to a chain and worn as a necklace.
