    Abstract: A cutting device includes a casing. A blade is disposed in the casing and moves between first and second blade positions. A moveable member having a blade guide engages the blade and moves between the first and second positions to control movement of the blade between its first and second blade positions. A compression spring is disposed in the casing for biasing the blade toward the first blade position.
