    Abstract: An adjustable muffler or radiator hose clamp is provided having a spring steel band and utilizes a pivoting lever and ratchet system to tighten the muffler or radiator hose clamp. A tongue closes through the lever; once the desired size is achieved, the clever is snapped shut and holds the pieces together. To remove the clamp, the lever is raised and pressure released.
